What you will do

• Lead the accounting technology strategy, roadmap, and governance for Oracle EBS and related finance systems.
• Oversee the design, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle EBS financial modules.
• Drive process improvements and automation across accounting operations, including close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensure financial systems support compliant accounting operations and maintain strong internal control environments (SOX).
• Manage finance technology initiatives, third-party vendors, and implementation partners.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members supporting accounting systems and finance technology operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial systems leadership, including experience in a biotech or regulated industry.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials.
• Strong understanding of core accounting processes (Order to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay).
• Expertise in internal controls, SOX compliance, and financial systems governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Boston, MA
