Director, Corporate Application Services (ERP/HCM)

Location: Lisle, Illinois, USA; hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week, Monday–Thursday

Salary: $100,171.61–$181,034.70 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive program

What you will do

• Lead the corporate application portfolio covering ERP/Finance, HRIS/HCM, Legal, and Corporate Affairs.
• Translate business priorities into technology roadmaps, delivery models, and sustainable support operations.
• Lead complex, multi-year enterprise initiatives involving platform implementation, integration, data, and business process redesign.
• Build and manage high-performing application delivery and operations teams while coordinating shared teams, vendors, and program leads.
• Own service health, incident and problem management, platform administration, support transitions, continuity, and continuous improvement.
• Guide integration, API, AI, workflow, data-management, budgeting, procurement, contracting, and vendor strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive IT experience, including enterprise or corporate application portfolio leadership.
• Large-scale ERP and HCM system implementation experience is required.
• At least five years of people leadership and management experience covering teams, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience with ERP/Finance, HRIS/HCM, Legal, Corporate Affairs, enterprise integrations, APIs, AI, workflow, data management, and scalable application architecture.
• Strong executive communication, financial management, procurement, contract, project, program, risk, compliance, and resource-management capabilities.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related discipline.
