Lead Finance Systems Administrator (NetSuite)

Location: Remote, United States only; the salary section identifies Brisbane, California and San Francisco Bay Area roles.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 USD base for remote US-only roles; San Francisco Bay Area range: $112,000–$140,000 USD.

What you will do

• Own administration, optimization, governance, security, and roadmap development for NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, FloQast, and related finance applications.
• Translate accounting and finance requirements into NetSuite workflows, reports, dashboards, reconciliations, integrations, and controls.
• Support close activities, multi-entity reporting, procure-to-pay, revenue, billing, inventory, intercompany, consolidations, and audit readiness.
• Manage integrations, data mapping, master data governance, acquisition integration, subsidiary setup, and post-close stabilization.
• Lead external consultants, implementation partners, vendors, project delivery, testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Support user access reviews, segregation-of-duties analysis, SOX controls, audit evidence, training, and operational support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive NetSuite administration, finance systems, or ERP implementation experience in a complex company environment.
• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience with roles and permissions, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom records, forms, bundles, sandbox testing, and production releases.
• At least one year of experience using or administering Coupa, plus experience integrating NetSuite with Coupa, Concur, and other finance or operational systems.
• Understanding of accounting and finance processes including close, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, revenue, consolidations, intercompany, reporting, and audit support.
• Experience coordinating consultants or implementation partners, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Must be eligible for the remote US-only role; experience in a public-company, SOX, audit, healthcare, life sciences, or similarly controlled environment is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with acquisitions, subsidiary expansion, multi-entity reporting, post-close integration, or ERP stabilization.
• NetSuite certification, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript familiarity, or comparable technical credentials.
• Experience with SAP Concur, ServiceNow, procurement, warehouse, banking, reporting, or other finance applications.
