Annual base salary: $130,970–$183,680 USD

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with enterprise growth priorities.
• Lead the strategy for a unified digital experience serving B2B and B2C clients across Voya’s businesses.
• Connect shared digital capabilities, customer data, AI solutions, and platform services across business units.
• Drive AI-native digital transformation, including intelligent recommendations, personalized guidance, conversational experiences, onboarding, and next-best-action capabilities.
• Define success metrics for adoption, engagement, retention, cross-sell growth, digital utilization, and advisor productivity.
• Align executives, product, engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders around priorities, investment decisions, and delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience across technology, product, strategy, digital transformation, or engineering leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale digital platform or customer experience initiatives.
• Experience in highly regulated industries, preferably financial services, retirement, wealth management, insurance, or investment management.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into technology execution and lead complex cross-functional programs.
• Strong enterprise mindset, business acumen, communication, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with cloud-native platforms, APIs, data ecosystems, AI, analytics, automation, and modern engineering delivery models is preferred.

• Experience with wealth management, retirement services, employee benefits, investment management, or fintech platforms.
• Experience building platform ecosystems for multiple customer segments.
• Knowledge of advisor technology, participant experience platforms, client onboarding, customer portals, or wealth management solutions.
