Director of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Transformation Technology (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Westlake, Austin, or Southlake, Texas, United States

Salary: USD $139,600–$310,300 per year

hirify.global’s Corporate Systems organization delivers technology solutions for internal corporate functions and is undertaking a large-scale Finance and Human Resources ERP transformation.

What you will do

• Define and execute the ERP technology strategy, target architecture, operating model, and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead implementation of a new ERP platform, modern data foundation, AI-enabled capabilities, and future-state Finance and HR operating model.
• Build, lead, develop, and retain a high-performing technology organization with long-term leadership and succession depth.
• Manage vendor evaluation, selection, contract negotiations, implementation partner governance, and strategic vendor relationships.
• Own ERP architecture, integrations, data migration, master data management, security controls, reporting, application rationalization, and production support.
• Drive organizational change, business readiness, user adoption, benefits realization, budget management, risk resolution, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of technology experience, including application delivery, vendor management, and people management; at least 8 years leading large application development and delivery teams at Director level or equivalent.
• Proven leadership of enterprise-wide ERP transformations spanning Finance, HR, data, security, architecture, integration, change management, and operating-model transformation.
• Executive experience with major ERP ecosystems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience managing multi-year technology budgets exceeding $50 million, large vendor engagements, and multidisciplinary teams across ERP, AI, data, architecture, integration, security, and program delivery.
• Strong experience with AI, automation, analytics, enterprise transformation, executive stakeholder influence, and delivery in financial services or another highly regulated industry.

• Financial Services industry and finance/accounting experience.
• Experience leading ERP transformations at an organization comparable in size and complexity to hirify.global.
