What you will do

• Lead strategic AI programs from ideation to deployment, including milestone planning and risk management.
• Convert high-level AI goals into structured execution plans with clear success criteria and timelines.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and rapid blocker resolution.
• Ensure AI solutions are operationally ready and usable for field technicians and engineers.
• Implement AI governance, validation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints into workflows.
• Define and report KPIs such as FTE avoidance and cycle time reduction to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or technical leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering internal tools, platforms, or automation systems with high adoption.
• Working knowledge of how AI/ML solutions are integrated into operational workflows.
• Fluency in automation design patterns and safety/validation considerations.
• Strong technical acumen to partner with engineering on APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.
• Must be based in the US (TX)

Nice to have

• End-to-end leadership of AI/ML initiatives from problem framing through production.
• Experience in product ownership, including backlog prioritization and iterative shipping.
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts, data validation, and capacity planning.
• Background in infrastructure lifecycle or field operations enablement (AR/IoT).
