Salary: $226,000 – $335,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the integrated program schedule for new data center builds from site selection through operational handoff.
• Coordinate sequences across engineering design, permit submission, construction, and commissioning.
• Track milestones for utilities, MEP systems, white space readiness, and inspections.
• Maintain risk registers, dependency logs, and executive status updates to identify delivery risks.
• Partner with Engineering and Construction Management to ensure technical requirements are reflected in design packages.
• Ensure physical plant readiness for Network Deployment, including power, cooling, and security access.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data center delivery or infrastructure program management.
• Experience managing ground-up builds for mission-critical facilities or cloud infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of the DC delivery lifecycle, including permitting, MEP, commissioning, and turnover.
• Ability to manage integrated schedules, critical path risks, and executive reporting.
• Must be based in the San Francisco or San Jose area to support the mandatory 4-day onsite requirement.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering hyperscale AI infrastructure or GPU data centers.
• Knowledge of utility interconnection and high-voltage power delivery.
• PMP, construction management, or technical infrastructure certifications.
• Experience at a hyperscale cloud provider or large infrastructure operator.
