What you will do

• Own the end-to-end program plan and delivery roadmap for AI-native engineering platform adoption and organizational redesign.
• Manage the weekly program cadence, resolving roadblocks and dependencies across multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Facilitate bi-weekly executive Steering Group updates and translate complex program status into actionable decisions.
• Operationalize a governance framework, including charters, decision rights, and accountability structures.
• Drive the adoption of a modern, AI-native operating model, replacing legacy sprint-based conventions.
• Define and track business readiness and success measurements via dashboards and outcome reporting.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in program or portfolio management leading large-scale technology transformations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, agile delivery, and DevOps.
• Proven expertise in change management and driving adoption of new operating models in matrixed environments.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience leading AI, machine learning, or agentic tooling transformation programs.
• Familiarity with shift-left security, governance automation, or developer infrastructure.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
