What you will do

• Own end-to-end program management for core algorithm initiatives from research and data collection through production deployment.
• Translate sensing strategy into executable program plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and risk profiles.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across data collection, signal processing, software, firmware, and product teams.
• Facilitate program governance, including planning cadences, design reviews, and cross-team syncs.
• Build and improve AI-enabled tools and automations to increase program management effectiveness and visibility.
• Report program status and key decisions to leadership, flagging issues early with proposed solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical program or project management supporting AI/ML, data science, or algorithm development teams.
• Deep understanding of the ML development lifecycle, including model training, evaluation, validation, and deployment.
• Fluency with AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms) and a track record of building AI-powered workflows.
• Ability to bridge deeply technical ML teams with product and business stakeholders through clear communication.
• Experience managing complex, multi-team programs with significant cross-functional dependencies.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Boston, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience working in consumer health products or wearable technology.
• Familiarity with algorithm pipelines depending on real-world physiological, health, or behavioral data.
