Location: Onsite in Chicago or Peoria, Illinois, or Irving, Texas, United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $112,710–$169,060 per year

What you will do

• Drive project cadence and delivery for CatRentals 2.0 and related rental digital initiatives.
• Coordinate product, engineering, dealer operations, implementation partners, analytics, and business stakeholders across onboarding, UAT, integrations, and go-to-market activities.
• Establish governance routines covering intake, scope, backlog, schedules, delivery tracking, risks, dependencies, decisions, and reporting.
• Prepare status updates, leadership readouts, decision materials, escalation summaries, and release-readiness information.
• Facilitate meetings and working sessions, remove blockers, and reinforce accountability across teams.
• Improve delivery processes, dashboards, templates, and operating rhythms for future rental programs and long-term planning.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex digital projects or programs across multiple workstreams.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery, SDLC concepts, release planning, backlog and dependency management, scope control, and risk tracking.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and collaboration or planning tools such as Confluence, Miro, Aha!, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, or SharePoint.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills across product, engineering, business, dealer, and leadership audiences.
• Ability to maintain schedules, documentation, delivery metrics, risks, decisions, and dependencies while driving accountability without direct authority.
• Ability to improve governance and delivery processes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with dealer-facing digital products, rental operations, ERP or integration programs, hirify.global’s digital portfolio, or scaled planning.
