Salary: $113,800 – $176,500 per year

What you will do
- Oversee complex IT infrastructure initiatives including modernization, cloud, network, security, and workplace technology.
- Drive effective capacity planning and resource allocation in collaboration with Product Managers and the PMO.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Infrastructure, Operations, Security, and external vendors.
- Manage implementation planning, cutover readiness, and the transition of projects to support or operations teams.
- Deliver timely and actionable transparency into project status to enable informed executive decision-making.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and lead retrospectives to establish organizational best practices.
Requirements
- 7-9 years of project management experience independently leading IT projects from definition through deployment.
- 5 years of experience working within a large global environment.
- Proven experience managing IT Infrastructure projects (cloud, network, identity/access, data center, etc.).
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery approaches and associated tools.
- BS degree in an IT-related field.
- Must be based in or able to work in Waltham, Massachusetts under a hybrid model.

- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science.
