Salary: $240,000 – $325,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Provide expert financial guidance to post-sales stakeholders on investments and resource allocation decisions.
• Build financial models for renewals, expansion forecasting, customer retention economics, and cost-to-serve.
• Manage headcount and capacity planning for post-sales organizations.
• Develop and implement reporting dashboards and scorecards to track operational and financial metrics.
• Collaborate with FP&A, revenue operations, and accounting to align GTM plans with broader financial strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic finance, GTM finance, FP&A, private equity, venture capital, or investment banking.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial operating models.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance audiences.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco office (Hybrid).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of experience partnering directly with Customer Success, Professional Services, or Support.
• Experience with consumption-based or usage-based enterprise business models.
