What you will do

  • Lead and enable an industry-focused team of 5-6 people to drive growth in the PULS segment.
  • Develop and execute a value-driven go-to-client strategy and ecosystem for highly regulated markets.
  • Build and maintain peer-level relationships with C-level executives in target industries.
  • Collaborate with AWS, Salesforce, and independent consultants to foster large enterprise deals.
  • Track pipeline and forecast market outcomes for the industry team on a weekly basis.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry conferences, fairs, and professional networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience with demonstrable success in large enterprise environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in a people manager and team leader role.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Must be based in Germany.
  • Proven knowledge of public procurement processes and EVB-IT Cloud.
