What you will do
- Build and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts in Germany across sectors like Finance, Telecom, and Healthcare.
- Identify new business opportunities for conversational AI and voice agent deployment.
- Lead consultative sales cycles, building business cases for senior executives and economic buyers.
- Develop deep expertise in the conversational AI landscape and competitive solutions.
- Navigate complex procurement and legal structures within large German organizations.
- Partner with Customer Success and Engineering teams to ensure successful account onboarding and expansion.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology.
- Proven success managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Well-connected in the German enterprise landscape with an existing network of senior decision-makers.
- Native or full professional proficiency in German; strong English for internal collaboration.
- Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Germany.

- Exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
- Experience operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
