Location: Must be based in Germany with the ability to travel to client sites.

What you will do

  • Build and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts in Germany across sectors like Finance, Telecom, and Healthcare.
  • Identify new business opportunities for conversational AI and voice agent deployment.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles, building business cases for senior executives and economic buyers.
  • Develop deep expertise in the conversational AI landscape and competitive solutions.
  • Navigate complex procurement and legal structures within large German organizations.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Engineering teams to ensure successful account onboarding and expansion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven success managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Well-connected in the German enterprise landscape with an existing network of senior decision-makers.
  • Native or full professional proficiency in German; strong English for internal collaboration.
  • Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Germany.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
  • Experience operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
