Location: Must be resident in Germany. Occasional travel to the Munich office and client sites is required.

What you will do
- Own and exceed ARR growth targets across the DACH region.
- Identify, qualify, and close complex, high-value software deals with enterprise manufacturing customers.
- Hire, onboard, and mentor new DACH sales team members as the region scales.
- Co-create and execute the DACH go-to-market (GTM) strategy in partnership with global leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure successful deal execution.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with regional partners and ecosystem players.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Account Executive and Sales management roles, preferably selling SaaS into manufacturing.
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment in scale-up or growth-stage environments.
- Fluency in German and English (business level).
- Must be based in Germany.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Certification or training in value-based selling methodologies.
