DACH Regional Sales Lead (Enterprise Manufacturing): Building and expanding the DACH market for AI-native manufacturing software with an accent on ARR growth, enterprise deal execution, and regional team leadership. Focus on identifying high-value manufacturing opportunities, developing GTM strategies, and mentoring a growing regional sales team.

Location: Must be resident in Germany. Occasional travel to the Munich office and client sites is required.

What you will do

  • Own and exceed ARR growth targets across the DACH region.
  • Identify, qualify, and close complex, high-value software deals with enterprise manufacturing customers.
  • Hire, onboard, and mentor new DACH sales team members as the region scales.
  • Co-create and execute the DACH go-to-market (GTM) strategy in partnership with global leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure successful deal execution.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with regional partners and ecosystem players.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Account Executive and Sales management roles, preferably selling SaaS into manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment in scale-up or growth-stage environments.
  • Fluency in German and English (business level).
  • Must be based in Germany.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Certification or training in value-based selling methodologies.
