Salary: $175,000–$225,000 plus bonus

What you will do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close and expansion.
  • Build and execute territory strategies to drive predictable ARR growth.
  • Identify and engage executive sponsors and economic buyers across complex organizations.
  • Lead consultative discovery to understand customer workflows and business challenges.
  • Develop ROI-driven business cases and value propositions tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Leadership to ensure successful production deployments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing $250K–$1M+ ARR deals.
  • Proven history of building pipeline from zero through outbound prospecting and strategic account planning.
  • Experience selling directly to C-suite executives and senior business leaders.
  • Technical fluency across enterprise software, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data ecosystems.
  • Comfort selling in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and helping define a new market category.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling enterprise SaaS, AI, data, or automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC or Challenger sales methodologies.
  • Background selling into complex or regulated industries like healthcare, finance, or government.
