What you will do

  • Qualify enterprise leads from demo requests, webinar sign-ups, and content downloads.
  • Execute outbound campaigns to identify and engage new business opportunities.
  • Apply consultative sales methodologies to understand priorities of large organizations.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing executives to build a sustainable pipeline.
  • Schedule qualified appointments using advanced selling skills.
  • Optimize the prospecting process and provide feedback to Sales Management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales roles.
  • University degree or professional training in business administration, economics, or communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
  • Business Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong research, pitching, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortability using AI tools to increase daily efficiency.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in a third language such as French, Spanish, or Italian.
