Salary: $112,000 – $155,000

What you will do

  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with strategic Brand customers, managing portfolios end-to-end.
  • Lead renewal strategies, forecasting, and contract negotiations with high rigor.
  • Mentor and coach CSMs within the Brands Customer Success team to share best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, Marketing, and Sales to improve the customer journey and experience.
  • Drive product adoption and ensure customers realize long-term business value.
  • Identify and lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve challenging customer requests.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York.
  • 5+ years of experience as a CSM/Account Director (or 8+ years in customer-facing roles with 2 in CS).
  • Experience managing accounts with $2M+ in ARR.
  • Strong background in Enterprise B2B SaaS, specifically in Media Buying, Measurement, or Identity.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software.
  • Experience delivering Executive Summaries and QBRs.

Nice to have

  • Prior roles across adtech or martech on either the Sales or Buy side (Brand/Agency).
  • Familiarity with Clean Room solutions, Measurement, and Collaboration use cases.
  • Ability to discuss NPV, IRR, and ROI during C-level conversations.
