TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (AdTech): Driving measurable customer value, retention, and growth for Enterprise customers in North America with an accent on product adoption and technical solution design. Focus on translating complex business objectives into technical roadmaps and managing high-value customer relationships.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco or New York City (Hybrid: 3 days per week in-office). Ability to travel 33%.

Salary: $165,000 – $180,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Drive customer outcomes and product adoption for a portfolio of strategic Enterprise customers.
  • Partner with Sales to mitigate risk and improve Gross and Net Revenue Retention.
  • Lead onboarding and develop long-term technical roadmaps by translating business objectives into deliverables.
  • Design technical solutions for complex use cases in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Run Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) using data storytelling to showcase impact to senior stakeholders.
  • Mentor other CSMs by sharing best practices and coaching new hires.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, TAM, or technical SaaS roles, preferably in mobile, ad tech, or martech.
  • Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and executing technical project plans.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in SQL, Athena, BigQuery, or Looker.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to drive efficiency in workflows.
  • Must be based in the US with ability to work from SF or NYC offices.
  • Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts into business value for executives.

Nice to have

  • Industry experience in attribution, data integrations, or digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and experience with SDKs and APIs.
  • Experience leading product beta programs and developing rollout playbooks.
