Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Los Angeles for a hybrid role
Compensation: $120,000 base salary – $240,000 OTE

What you will do
- Own a defined list of strategic accounts to drive expansion, upsell, and enterprise-wide adoption.
- Partner with Customer Success to identify whitespace and convert usage into commercial growth.
- Execute account-based outbound strategies to land large-scale new-logo prospects.
- Multi-thread across buying committees to engage economic buyers and technical stakeholders.
- Conduct consultative, executive-level product demonstrations that connect software to business outcomes.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record in large account selling.
- Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with ACVs of $100K+.
- Experience selling into and expanding large, multi-site organizations.
- Strong proficiency with CRM applications like Salesforce and modern sales tooling.
- Ability to operate in an undefined, greenfield environment.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Los Angeles for hybrid collaboration.
Nice to have
- Industry experience in Maintenance, Manufacturing, or Facilities.
- Experience with sales tools such as Gong, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
