Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Managing a strategic book of business and driving new-logo acquisition for an AI-powered Asset Operations Management platform with an accent on complex, multi-threaded sales cycles. Focus on building executive relationships, navigating large buying committees, and delivering consultative value to enterprise-level manufacturing and facilities organizations.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Los Angeles for a hybrid role

Compensation: $120,000 base salary – $240,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own a defined list of strategic accounts to drive expansion, upsell, and enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Partner with Customer Success to identify whitespace and convert usage into commercial growth.
  • Execute account-based outbound strategies to land large-scale new-logo prospects.
  • Multi-thread across buying committees to engage economic buyers and technical stakeholders.
  • Conduct consultative, executive-level product demonstrations that connect software to business outcomes.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations and maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record in large account selling.
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with ACVs of $100K+.
  • Experience selling into and expanding large, multi-site organizations.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM applications like Salesforce and modern sales tooling.
  • Ability to operate in an undefined, greenfield environment.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Los Angeles for hybrid collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Industry experience in Maintenance, Manufacturing, or Facilities.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Gong, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
