TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to closing business for a barbershop management platform with an accent on outbound lead generation and product demonstrations. Focus on building trust with SMB owners and scaling revenue through high-volume outreach.

Location: On-site in Austin, TX (Monday - Friday)

Salary: Base $65,000 + Variable $45,000+ (uncapped)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification through product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build a healthy pipeline by prospecting barbershop owners via outbound calls, email, social media, and industry events.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations that connect features to customer business outcomes and measurable value.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and deal activity within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer launch.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience with consistent quota attainment in a high-volume, self-sourced role.
  • Proven ability to prospect and build an independent pipeline.
  • Comfortable managing high volumes of outbound activity and handling objections or rejection.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple opportunities.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Austin, TX.

Nice to have

  • Full-cycle sales experience including negotiation and closing.
  • Experience selling to owner-operators or SMB customers.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with barbering, beauty, wellness, or vertical SaaS industries.
