Salary: $108,000 - $148,500

What you will do

• Partner with Sales and Marketing executives to drive strategic capital and operational resource allocation.
• Build and manage scalable financial models and multi-year plans tracking bookings and core SaaS metrics.
• Perform deep-dive analysis on LTV:CAC, sales efficiency, and marketing funnel performance.
• Lead monthly and quarter-end financial processes, including budget reviews and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare executive-ready reports and business cases to present trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Strategic Finance or FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
• Deep operational understanding of SaaS business models and core metrics like MRR, LTV, and CAC.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills with experience handling large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial scenarios into structured frameworks.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Looker, or Salesforce.
• Previous SaaS industry experience.
