What you will do

• Own the revenue close, including journal entries, AR and deferred revenue reconciliations, and flux analyses.
• Manage the full-cycle Order-to-Cash process, including invoicing, cash application, and collections.
• Lead process improvements across revenue workflows, leveraging AI to modernize accounting.
• Build revenue recognition workbooks for new product launches and pricing models.
• Partner with Sales, FP&A, and Legal to validate order forms and resolve billing disputes.
• Implement internal controls and serve as the primary contact for external audit requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus.
• 3+ years of revenue accounting experience with ASC 606 in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Experience in Big 4 or public accounting.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Salesforce, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and audit coordination.
• Must be based in the US for the stated salary range.
