Accounts Receivable Lead

Salary: $65,500 – $84,400

What you will do

• Monitor AR aging and lead proactive collection efforts across multiple regions.
• Partner with Project Managers to resolve billing disputes and remove payment barriers.
• Track key financial metrics including DSO, aging trends, and unbilled WIP.
• Provide executive-ready summaries highlighting financial risks and opportunities.
• Drive standardization of AR processes using automation and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive AR and billing experience.
• Experience within AEC, consulting, or project-based environments.
• Strong understanding of project-based accounting and AEC billing practices.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Ability to interpret complex contracts and translate them into billing execution.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar ERP systems.
• Experience working in multi-office or multi-region organizations.
