Salary: $92,000–$137,500

What you will do

• Own global billing operations, ensuring accurate invoice generation and alignment with contract terms.
• Manage the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle, including billing setup, validation, and delivery.
• Lead collections processes, monitoring key metrics like DSO and past-due balances.
• Drive process optimization and automation across billing and AR workflows.
• Partner with RevOps, Deal Desk, and Sales to ensure seamless deal-to-billing transitions.
• Ensure SOX compliance and support external audits through documentation and control execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in billing or finance operations, preferably in SaaS.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Deep understanding of Order to Cash, invoicing structures, and collections.
• Experience with automation, AI, or process improvement initiatives.
• Must be able to work from the Boston office at least 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ASC 606 and revenue recognition.
• Experience with marketplace billing (AWS, Azure) and tools like Coupa or Ariba.
• Exposure to Government portal WAAF and multi-entity environments.
