What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end global litigation docket, driving strategy and resolution across jurisdictions.
• Lead relationships with outside counsel to ensure case strategy alignment and cost efficiency.
• Conduct internal investigations by gathering evidence and interviewing stakeholders to shape legal positions.
• Partner with finance, HR, IT, and product teams to provide actionable legal guidance on disputes.
• Scale global compliance programs, including the development of policies and governance frameworks.
• Monitor global regulatory trends to implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active US bar membership.
• Minimum 8 years of legal experience in private practice or in-house roles.
• Substantial litigation experience within a government agency, law firm, or major technology organization.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance, privacy, and technology-related legal matters.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across diverse business units.
