Salary: $128,900.00 - $226,050.00 USD

What you will do

• Structure, draft, and negotiate SaaS, enterprise licensing, subscription, and implementation agreements globally.
• Handle content licensing for RAG models, LLM training, and other emerging AI technologies.
• Counsel the business on HIT, intellectual property, HIPAA/HITECH Act, and GDPR compliance.
• Manage outside counsel and collaborate with global legal teams on transactional, litigation, and compliance matters.
• Identify regulatory trends and material developments to provide timely legal advice to segment leadership.
• Develop strong working relationships with senior executives and functional teams to drive high-quality legal services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + J.D. and admission to practice law in the state of residence.
• Minimum 7 years of corporate/commercial legal experience, preferably in both law firm and in-house settings.
• Strong background in HIT, digital health, software licensing, and SaaS subscription arrangements.
• Understanding of US and EU healthcare laws and regulations impacting product development.
• Knowledge of and interest in RAG, LLMs, and AI technologies.
• Must be located within 50 miles of a hirify.global office.
