Salary: $84,000–$126,000 annually, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Draft, review, and redline master services agreements, vendor agreements, statements of work, contractor agreements, NDAs, licensing agreements, partnership agreements, and related documents.
• Negotiate contracts directly with clients and vendors.
• Evaluate risks related to US and international privacy regulations, including GDPR.
• Support acquisitions and integration activities.
• Provide legal guidance to leadership, management, and internal partners across Compliance, HR, and IT.
• Complete RFP/RFI questionnaires, answer questions about agreement terms, and manage related administrative documentation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in contract law, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, contract review, redlining, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of healthcare, compliance, and privacy regulations, including the Sunshine Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, pharmacovigilance requirements, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA.
• Ability to conduct legal reviews independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
