What you will do

• Own end-to-end launch readiness for core product initiatives, AI capabilities, and pricing/packaging changes.
• Define launch checklists and milestones, tracking progress and running weekly reviews to manage risks.
• Translate complex product changes into clear internal enablement materials for Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Coordinate operational customer communications to ensure accuracy and alignment with timelines.
• Maintain launch dashboards and utilize AI-enabled tools to scale execution and reduce manual effort.
• Partner with GTM leadership to evolve launch governance and cross-functional operating models.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS environments with enterprise GTM exposure.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional product launches.
• Strong program and project management skills, specifically in risk and dependency coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with senior management.
• Must be based in the US and able to work in a hybrid model (minimum 8 days per month in office).
