Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $190,000–$210,000 per year, with Tier One markets including San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle offering $200,000–$210,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own a major product area, defining its long-term strategy, KPIs, and investment cases.
• Develop product theses based on buyer profiles, customer personas, market needs, and quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Partner with engineering and cross-functional leaders to prioritize opportunities, resolve blockers, manage trade-offs, and deliver major milestones.
• Lead 0-to-1 and 1-to-10 product initiatives while balancing execution, experimentation, and long-term vision.
• Design products that automate or enhance complex manual workflows using Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and related technologies.
• Align marketing, general management, customer support, and other stakeholders around product goals and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling products from 0-to-1 and early-stage concepts into mature offerings.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Conversational AI, or comparable AI/ML technologies for workflow automation or enhancement.
• Strong B2B SaaS and/or B2B product-led growth experience, particularly with multi-step workflows.
• Strong product strategy, prioritization, analytical reasoning, problem-solving, customer research, and quantitative analysis skills.
• Experience with recruiting, HR, talent technology, or people-focused software is highly desirable.
