What you will do

• Provide technical support for Copilot-related issues including prompt failures, access problems, and product bugs.
• Manage M365 licensing and identity access via Entra ID (Azure AD) for various clients.
• Coach users on prompt engineering best practices and identify new Copilot use cases to drive adoption.
• Maintain internal knowledge bases, FAQs, and known-issue trackers to streamline support.
• Collaborate with Microsoft channel partners to identify product bugs and implement workarounds.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience supporting M365 environments within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or NOC.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Defender.
• Proven experience with M365 Copilot and Prompt Engineering.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Kusto-Query Language (KQL).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Must be based in the Philippines; cannot sponsor work visas.

Nice to have

• Relevant Microsoft Certifications.
• Experience with Azure native services such as Policy, Cost Management, and Lighthouse.
• Experience with Azure-based deployments and migrations.
