What you will do

• Administer and support ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, workflows, and reporting.
• Perform platform configuration, upgrades, patch validation, and operational maintenance.
• Design and enhance workflows, forms, and automation to meet business requirements.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for platform incidents and performance issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement scalable solutions following SDLC and change management processes.
• Provide on-call support and contribute to disaster recovery and platform governance activities.

Requirements

• Active ITIL Foundation Certification (minimum) is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
• Experience supporting ITSM processes in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to participate in an on-call support rotation.
• Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CAD or CIS.
• Experience with Azure, identity management (SSO/LDAP), and scripting (PowerShell/Python).
• Background in IT Operations or enterprise platform governance.
