M365 Engineer (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Administer Microsoft 365 environments, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
• Implement and manage identity and access policies via Conditional Access, PIM, SSO, and MFA.
• Manage Microsoft Teams governance, voice services, and telephony integration.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Graph API.
• Execute and oversee migration projects from on-premises environments to M365/Azure.
• Implement cloud security practices following Zero Trust and Defender for 365.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Expertise in Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and automation tools such as Logic Apps and Graph API.
• Experience with on-premises to M365/Azure migrations.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
• Must have Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit for hybrid work in Porto.
