Salary: $148,750–$192,500

What you will do

• Define and execute enterprise infrastructure strategy and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Architect scalable, secure systems across hybrid and multi-cloud environments including Windows Server, VMware, and Azure.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows using tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate IaC development.
• Establish engineering standards for automation, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
• Lead incident response and drive systemic improvements through learning reviews.
• Mentor senior and staff engineers while representing infrastructure engineering in executive forums.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering, with 3–5 years at a principal or staff level.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange Online, Defender, and Azure infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell).
• Experience designing disaster recovery and high-availability architectures.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction.

Nice to have

• Experience building or operationalizing AI-assisted engineering workflows or LLM agent pipelines.
• Experience with vulnerability management platforms and certificate lifecycle management.
