What you will do

• Investigate and resolve technical issues and service requests within established SLAs.
• Implement solutions following standard operating procedures and customer-specific designs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to test and deploy approved fixes and scripts.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for services and customer environments.
• Support managed cloud services including backups, DB administration, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve complex cloud infrastructure problems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, cloud operations, or systems administration.
• English: Fluent (C1) both spoken and written.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and MS SQL Server.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Monterrey, Mexico (Hybrid).

• Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized environments.
