What you will do

• Design and improve operational processes that enable the sales organization to scale predictably.
• Build reporting, dashboards, and operating cadences to support executive decision-making.
• Own pipeline hygiene, opportunity inspection, and forecasting accuracy.
• Develop metrics for pipeline health, team performance, and forecast accuracy.
• Design lead routing, territory management, and account allocation frameworks.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Finance to improve attribution and data quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or GTM Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Experience scaling sales organizations from founder-led selling to a structured, repeatable revenue engine.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce and GTM tools such as Gong, Outreach, Apollo, Clari, or HubSpot.
• Proven ability to build operational processes from scratch and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward action in solving ambiguous business problems.
