TL;DR

Housing Coordinator (Property Operations): Managing the Resident Ready process to ensure residences are prepared and inspected for new occupants with an accent on operational coordination and quality control. Focus on synchronizing housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams to ensure seamless move-ins.

Location: On-site in Washington, DC

Salary: $26.50 per hour

What you will do

  • Own the successful execution of the Resident Ready process across assigned communities.
  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and inspections, ensuring all operational teams remain aligned.
  • Proactively identify operational risks and remove barriers to occupancy.
  • Partner with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Property Leadership to track residence status.
  • Maintain accurate trackers, occupancy records, and inspection documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with client requirements, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
  • Driver's license: Valid, unrevoked license required for daily travel between properties.
  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, property management, operations, or logistics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Physical ability: Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
