Property Coordinator

Salary: $30–$32 USD per hour

What you will do

• Manage tenant inquiries and provide routine information via phone and email.
• Oversee purchase orders, track them in Workspace, and resolve processing issues.
• Coordinate property events such as tenant lunches, holiday parties, and community drives.
• Maintain office supply inventory and property staff directories.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and generate delinquency reports.
• Monitor vendor contract compliance and certificates of insurance.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco, CA and able to work 100% in-office.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial property management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with real estate accounting cycles, A/P, A/R, and commercial leases.
• Experience with MRI, Workspace, or Yardi software.
