Location: 100% in-office in Wakefield, MA

What you will do

  • Support Property Managers in overseeing commercial, industrial, or retail property portfolios.
  • Resolve tenant needs and coordinate with administrative and technical staff.
  • Manage vendor invoice approvals and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare monthly reports, budget packages, and operating expense reconciliations (CAM/OpX).
  • Handle lease administration, including setup, changes, and reporting across systems.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and participate in property walk-throughs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of financial terms, principles, and ability to conduct basic financial analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with AP and CMMS systems.
  • Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties.
