Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain and enter enrollment data across multiple carriers and associations throughout the client lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and brokers regarding eligibility requests and plan changes.
• Process transactions in compliance with complex carrier, group, and legislative guidelines.
• Investigate and reconcile eligibility discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
• Validate enrollment data using reporting tools to prevent coverage or billing disruptions.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Account Management, Member Services, and Finance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Tempe, AZ.
• Must be available to work 6am-4pm PST.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of benefits administration or insurance eligibility processes.
