Salary: $135,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Coordinate and track cross-functional workstreams for enterprise platform transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and dependency maps.
• Facilitate recurring program meetings and capture actionable documentation in real time.
• Monitor program health and communicate risks, blockers, and status to leadership.
• Ensure operational readiness across business functions and coordinate with external vendors.
• Maintain Jira and Confluence as accurate, current sources of program truth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise program or project management supporting complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence for program documentation and tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and document decisions in real time without AI assistance.
• Experience coordinating large-scale programs involving multiple business and technology teams.
• Proven ability to hold stakeholders accountable and build collaborative working relationships.
• Experience working within established PMO frameworks and governance models.
