TL;DR

Platform Technical Program Manager (SaaS): Designing and implementing operational frameworks to scale engineering infrastructure with an accent on cross-functional alignment and complex technical delivery. Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, Denver, or New York (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

Salary: $165,000–$209,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive cross-functional alignment between Platform Engineering, Product, and Delivery leadership.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and risk management for critical platform initiatives like cloud migrations and API changes.
  • Bridge internal systems and external interfaces by coordinating infrastructure rollouts.
  • Standardize delivery frameworks and optimize project management tools like Jira and Linear.
  • Create visibility into project health and eliminate structural bottlenecks.
  • Use data to diagnose roadblocks and track organizational velocity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs in a B2B SaaS or platform ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-team technical rollouts from concept to completion.
  • Strong operational philosophy balancing process with speed.
  • Data-literate with proficiency in SQL and modern AI productivity tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work in-person 4 days per week in San Francisco, Denver, or New York.
