Location: Remote, USA. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. No visa sponsorship available.
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000

What you will do
- Own the campaign calendar, maintaining consolidated views of all acquisition campaigns with accurate dates, owners, and statuses.
- Drive campaign execution by managing intake, timelines, QA checkpoints, and approvals across Marketing, MarTech, Analytics, Creative, and Product teams.
- Coordinate with MarTech on Braze canvas requests, build progress, QA, audience logic, personalization, and timing.
- Facilitate weekly operating cadence, track action items, surface blockers, and ensure cross-functional commitments.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and process playbooks for campaign operations and handoffs.
- Manage direct mail production, vendor timelines, and performance tracking with weekly leadership readouts.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in program management, marketing operations, project management, or similar coordination-heavy role.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams without dropping details.
- Strong cross-functional communication across Marketing, Technology, Analytics, and Creative without formal authority.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira preferred) and structured campaign tracking systems.
- Familiarity with marketing campaign operations (email, direct mail, paid digital, SMS).
- Comfort reading performance dashboards, spotting anomalies, and communicating insights.
- US work authorization required; no sponsorship.
