Salary: $184,569 - $248,269 per year (Total Compensation)

What you will do

• Drive market development and increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
• Identify and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key existing relationships.
• Develop and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization within the Oklahoma City region.
• Manage the full product sales lifecycle, including lead generation and business development.
• Represent the company at local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector.
• Proven sales track record with strong presentation and consultative selling skills.
• Must be able to cover the Oklahoma City geographic territory.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics regarding patient information.
• Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
