Compensation: $175,000 (Base salary $100,000 + variable incentive compensation).

What you will do
- Drive sales and achieve assigned objectives for wearable cardiac defibrillators and diagnostic services.
- Educate physicians, nurses, and hospital staff on clinical data, product utilization, and billing requirements.
- Manage a database of accounts and maintain a yearly and quarterly business plan.
- Represent the company at medical education programs, tradeshows, and clinical symposiums.
- Ensure consistent product utilization through ongoing support and professional relationship management.
- Analyze territory trends and report observations to support business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in medical equipment or hospital-based pharmaceuticals, or 5 years of successful sales experience with at least one year in healthcare.
- Must live within the assigned territory (Orange, CA).
- Valid state driver’s license required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to obtain credentialing and access privileges in all assigned customer accounts.
