TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Medtech): Driving the growth of an enterprise workforce management platform by building a new market and securing strategic partnerships with health systems. Location: Must be based in the United States (E-Verify company)

Compensation: $225,000 – $250,000 OTE (base + commission)

hirify.global is a high-growth series-C technology startup reimagining healthcare staffing through an on-demand marketplace and workforce management tools.

What you will do

  • Build a pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, executive networking, and social selling.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from initial discovery to final contract negotiation.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders across Nursing, HR, Finance, and IT in hospital systems.
  • Navigate complex buying committees and manage 3-6 month sales cycles.
  • Negotiate and close enterprise agreements, including MSAs and multi-product partnerships.
  • Provide market and customer insights to Product and Leadership teams to influence go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of winning new business.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify company).
  • Experience creating opportunities from scratch and managing long, complex sales cycles.
  • Strong business acumen and executive-level communication skills.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience negotiating MSAs or similar enterprise commercial agreements.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling healthcare technology or workforce solutions to hospitals.
  • Existing relationships within hospital systems or integrated delivery networks.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Vidyard.
  • Experience selling six-figure or seven-figure enterprise agreements.
