TL;DR

Business Development Manager (Healthcare/MSP): Owning the full sales cycle to generate qualified opportunities and drive revenue from healthcare organizations with an accent on outbound prospecting and pipeline growth. Location: Hybrid – Lakewood, New Jersey

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 Base / $150,000–$175,000 OTE

hirify.global is a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) providing IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions to healthcare and mid-market clients.

What you will do

  • Execute daily outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to target healthcare and mid-market accounts.
  • Research EHR/EMR clinics and specialty practices to identify business triggers and book meetings with C-level executives.
  • Qualify prospects by analyzing their current IT stack, security gaps, and compliance needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery and positioning to closing deals.
  • Maintain clean pipeline data and accurate forecasts within HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to tailor campaigns for regulated industries and participate in industry networking events.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of B2B closing/quota-carrying experience in BDR, SDR, or Account Executive roles.
  • Strong technical aptitude to articulate MSP services (endpoint management, security, cloud, backup/DR).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence.
  • Proficiency in high-volume outbound sales, including cold calling and social selling.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Lakewood, New Jersey.

Nice to have

  • Direct B2B sales experience in healthcare and familiarity with HIPAA/PHI compliance.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity or managed infrastructure into regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with structured sales frameworks such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger.
