Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do
- Drive territory growth by prospecting new business and deepening relationships with existing accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for MFM specialists, genetic counselors, and clinical staff.
- Deliver consultative sales presentations to communicate the value of prenatal testing solutions.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and analyze ordering behaviors to optimize territory planning.
- Lead educational initiatives including in-office appointments, regional conferences, and physician events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of healthcare sales experience or 2+ years as a genetic counselor.
- Proven experience selling into prenatal care environments, specifically to MFMs or Genetic Counselors.
- Must reside in the assigned territory (WA, OR, ID, or MT) and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to manage multiple business opportunities independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
