Salary: OTE $180,000 – $200,000 USD

What you will do

• Drive revenue and market growth within the nephrology and transplant markets.
• Influence clinicians to integrate genetic testing (Renasight) into standard chronic kidney disease (CKD) management protocols.
• Build high-trust partnerships with nephrologists, transplant specialists, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Penetrate and expand the company footprint within large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and academic medical centers.
• Serve as the local clinical and technical expert on genetic diagnostic services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational background.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience in diagnostics, genetics, or lab-developed tests (LDT).
• Pre-existing relationships within the Nephrology space.
• Proven track record working with UNC Health, Duke Health, and Wake Forest Baptist Health.
• Ability to travel up to 35% within the Greensboro-to-Durham corridor.
