What you will do

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Coach and develop Team Leads, specialists, and technicians to build workforce capability.
• Partner with engineering, logistics, and quality teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Support new product introductions and production ramp-up activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and operational stability.
• Communicate production performance, risks, and priorities to leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Seven or more years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Three or more years of people or operational leadership experience.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Must be able to work in a Cleanroom environment and wear full PPE for the entire shift.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning systems like SAP.

Nice to have

• Lean Yellow Belt certification or equivalent experience.
